In a new vodcast, representatives from Kenya Post Office Savings Bank(KPOSB) share their experiences and insights from the recent launchof their YouthSave product. Lucas Muraguri, a marking officer with KPOSB, first discusses how insights gained from market research and piloting helped inform the product launch. He stresses that a key objective of the bank is to inculcate a long-term savings behavior among the new youth clients. “The youth will not only have savings in terms of money in the account, but their behavior, the way they carry out their lives, and the way they do things will have have been changed.”
